Hey Reader,

What would bring you pleasure this month?

What is on your bucket list? 🌎

Last weekend I did a 3 day hike in the Queen Charlotte Sounds, something that has been on my bucket list for YEARS! It was so much fun and I felt a sense of joy and fulfilment after doing something I've been wanting to do!!

Last year I gave myself 30 challenges for my 30th birthday - so far I've completed 12! I thought I'd do them all within 12 months, and I'll definitely be doing some more within the next month before my birthday but I'm also releasing the pressure to have to fit them all in within the year and celebrating what I HAVE done!

It's definitely pushed me to expand my comfort zone and motivated me to do the things I really wanted to do - hold a women's retreat, go to Canada, do a naked photoshoot, go to a salsa class, have a past life regression, swim in the sea every day for a week (in England!) - just to name a few!

They don't have to be big things. It could be to go on a nearby walk that you haven't done yet, try out a restaurant thats been on your list, cook a new dish, learn a new phrase in a different language, hang out with someone new!

I dare you to write at least 3 challenges down NOW ;)

The FINAL book (no 7) in the Throne of Glass series & LOVING IT! For anyone that loved ACOTAR or loves a fantasy, I highly recommend!

I've just finished listening to / reading Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza & Sage, Huntress, Lover, Queen by Sara Branscome - in honesty they took me MONTHS to get through, one was very sciencey and the other had so many journalling prompts that I didn't want to skip. A reminder that it doesn't matter how slow you read, go at your own pace!!! I also believe in divine timing and I often find myself listening to or reading a chapter at what feels like the exact time I needed that piece of information.

In Becoming Supernatural Joe talks about how our thoughts and beliefs create our reality, how there are INFINITE possibilities in the quantum field, how blocked energy centres can limit your potential and how to create coherence between your heart and brain so that you can manifest, heal and experience the MYSTICAL!

Sage, Huntress, Lover, Queen is a book about Feminine Archetypes (the different feminine roles or identities) with practices to embody each archetype and integrate your shadow (the part of you that you usually hide, suppress or deny - you probably don't even know about it!) A good book for those wanting to connect with your feminine essence, gain deeper awareness into yourself and create more balance!

  • Do things from a place of LOVE (rather than fear)
