Since I invested in a life coach in 2020 I have...
- Trained to become a Holistic Health & Life Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition
- Quit my normal job and started my dream business from SCRATCH
- Gone from living a fairly “normal” life to living an unconventional life that I wouldn’t have imagined possible
- Stopped burning myself out and learned how to become MAGNETIC, manifesting what I desire without pushing or forcing
- Shifted my mindset from being a hypochondriac & worrier to trusting that everything’s happening FOR me
- Let go of relationships that didn’t serve me and attracted SO many that do
- Haven't had a winter since 2021 and I've spent time travelling each year (my passion - I’ve been in at least 7 countries each year in the last 3 years)
- Transformed the lives of other people with the work I LOVE to do 🔥
A seed was planted, I questioned what I really want in life, I got to know myself on a deep level - not just what I love about myself, but what I had been hiding and I started to truly believe that an extraordinary life was possible for me. Since then I have been co-creating it, enjoying the process and I am SO excited for what is to come!!!

MAGNETISM 🧲
The BIGGEST game changer for me that I leaned whilst working with a life coach was to balance my masculine and feminine energy.
We’re so used to being in our masculine energy (doing, productivity, taking action, using logic), and yes we do need to take action. But this alone often leads us to burnout, getting sick, overthinking, repelling men, pushing ourselves and draining our energy doing things the way we think they need to be done.
But babe it gets to be so much easier - in life, in work, in relationships
When you learn to connect with your feminine energy - listening to your body, honouring your cyclical nature, allowing yourself to rest, receiving support, truly loving yourself and following with your intuition, your life will be 100x easier and you’ll be able to achieve even more
You act from a place of feeling grounded and nourished, you receive intuitive nudges that take you places that logic never could, you take aligned action towards your goals and you magnetise what you want TO you, rather than pushing and forcing
Over the last few years I have magnetised:
- SO MANY beautiful friendships - that found me on linked in, instagram, in community groups, at events, through other people
- Aligned men ;) I have had beautiful dating experiences and I am dating someone who has everything I wrote on my dream man list!!!
- Soul aligned clients - that I've met in crystal shops, at dance classes, online, by word of mouth, people I knew at primary school, secondary school, university!! And many have become close friends
- Accommodation!! I haven't paid rent in 3 years, I have received house sits (with swimming pools, hot tubs, avocado orchards) that aligned perfectly and had amazing friends and family offer to have me in between which has been so beautiful!
- Spaces to hold my events - this has happened twice now, women I had met once (one in NZ and one in Essex) offered me their living to hold women's circles in!!!
- Physical things - its honestly crazy how I declare I want something and then I receive it - a beautiful white dress for an event, an Egyptian tarot deck, SO many clothes (I reckon 30 pieces in the last year?), gold earrings

The first MAN on the podcast!!! I bumped into Brad EVERYWHERE last year and I knew the universe wanted to connect us, we have similar missions in life and we have held 3 community events in Essex this year which have been AMAZING! Emily came to one of my women's circles last year then offered for me to hold regular circles in her home which has been SO amazing and we have found such a beautiful friendship in each other!!! We chat about finding your soul tribe, the power of women's circles and community spaces and Emily's journey with spirituality and psychic development! It's a powerful reminder that you're not supposed to do life alone!!
Lets celebrate!
Last week I celebrated one of my close friends getting married, I met some of my online business besties in person for the first time at a creative retreat and I started the magnetic community!
I am the embodiment of what I teach, with multiple people sharing how magnetic I am! This hasn't ALWAYS been the case, I used to blend into the background, I didn't know my worth and I wasn't confident - now I OWN who I am, I know her, I love her, I rate her and I magnetise people to me easily by literally being myself
My AMAZING client has finished my Live Limitless programme - she KNOWS herself so much better, she's let go of pressure, guilt and fears, she's shifted her mindset to know that her dreams are SO possible, she's taken action to bring them to reality, she's LOVED the manifestation practices and she is SO excited for the future!!! She shared that there are so many things she wouldn't have done without working with me and she wishes EVERYONE could have this experience!!
A common theme in all my clients is learning to trust themselves & trust in divine timing. Everything is working out FOR YOU ✨

What is out of alignment? It needs to go babe. Change is the only constant, what once worked may no longer, but thats because theres SOMETHING BETTER.
