I've just got back from a spontaneous trip to Scotland to spend time with my family and experience the Fringe Festival (it was amazing)! Travelling to new places, doing activities, having new experiences, being fully in the present moment and LAUGHING make me feel alive!!!

Romanticising your life
What do you LOVE in your life? What brings you JOY? How can you do or experience more of that?
Life is what you make it!! You are in control of so much in your life from what you prioritise, who you spend time with, what you think about and SO much more! Sure, there are things that are not always in your control, but I like to believe that the universe is always supporting me and even things that feel 'bad', are actually guiding me to somewhere or something even better! Often its less about our external reality but our internal dialogue that gets in the way of us living the lives we desire.
If there were no barriers with time or money and no-one would judge you, what would you do?
Life is too short to not live it how you want. Want to start that new class, DO IT! Want to ask someone out, DO IT! Want to buy the thing you've been wanting for AGES? Want to go on a trip of a lifetime? Want to start a business? DO IT, DO IT, DO IT!!!!! They all start with a simple step, you don't have to do it all, just start! And if they don't work out, something better is likely round the corner!
How can you romanticise your life EVERY DAY?
Maybe this is enjoying a good book, going on a sunset walk, eating food you LOVE, having a bath or a pamper, enjoying a coffee. Do whatever YOU love!!! This will raise your vibration and support you in so many other areas of your health and life! Everything is connected ✨
Lets celebrate!!
One of my Explore your Purpose babes celebrated that she gets AHA moments EVERY SINGLE CALL we have which I LOVEEEE! This is WHY I do this work!! There is nothing I love more than clients making new realisations, feeling shifts within themselves, seeing the shifts positively influence their life (work, relationships, mindset etc) and ENJOYING life more!!
The feedback I've had after just 3 weeks in this programme has been unreal! The women have applied for new jobs, explored courses that interest them, received signs, improved their habits, opened their minds to new perspectives, realised their strengths & values, created a timeline of their lives, prioritised what they LOVE, connected with like-minded sisters, their dating lives have improved and they have worked less & received MORE!! I'm currently reading...
I'm 3/4 through Existential Kink and realising it is a bit kinkier than I thought!! Its about our shadow side and the taboo things that unconsciously turn us on in life! Many of us are unknowingly turned on by being rejected, scarcity, failure etc and naturally because we secretly love it, it manifests in our life. Even if you're consciously thinking "thats not me", if there is anything in your current life that you are not loving, theres a part of you that wants that! 😱
